By providing your mobile phone number to Ch2 Design Inc and signing the SMS Consent Form, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Ch2 Design Inc for business purposes. These messages may include appointment reminders, order status updates, service notifications, promotional offers, event information, and technical support related to your construction project.

2. No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Ch2 Design Inc does not sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to outside parties for any purpose.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project status and activity level. During active construction, you may receive approximately 2–4 messages per week. During project planning and completion phases, message frequency will be lower. You may also receive occasional promotional messages throughout the year.

4. Opt-Out Procedure

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon receipt of your STOP request, Ch2 Design Inc will send one final confirmation message and immediately cease all future text communications to your number. SMS messaging is supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier availability and message delivery are subject to your carrier's network and terms.

8. Privacy Policy Updates
